On 20 November, 2012, the Friends of Child and Family Health Inc held its Annual General Meeting. At this meeting members passed a special resolution to dissolve the Association.
This decision is the result of an extensive process of consultation with members to address areas of concern relating to the constitutional requirements of the Association, and specifically to maintaining adequate membership required of its Regional Representative Management Committee.
Membership to the Friends of CaFH association has now ceased.
All members have been notified by letter from the Regional Representative Management Committee.
